- 1) I noticed in the press coverage of the CIA headquarters shooting
- incident that the large emergency vehicles at the scene had someting
- that looked like a large pinweel mounted on the front. What is this for?
- I've never seen anything like it in California. Is it for cooling the engine?

- 2) Is it true that Congress has paramedics and vehicles on standby for
- its members at all times and that they are under orders not to get
- ditracted by mere members of the public in distress.?I heard that
- at least one woman died after she was refused services by these
- forces.
