  13. 1) I noticed in the press coverage of the CIA headquarters shooting 
  14. incident that the large emergency vehicles at the scene had someting
  15. that looked like a large pinweel mounted on the front. What is this for?
  16. I've never seen anything like it in California. Is it for cooling the engine?

  19. its members at all times and that they are under orders not to get
  20. ditracted by mere members of the public in distress.?I heard that
  21. at least one woman died after she was refused services by these
