  13. In my post about my 6.0% (well, prime), no annual fee GTE MasterCard
  14. I was trying more to give others support for demanding a low interest
  15. no annual fee card.  Instead I seem to have convinced others that
  16. they need this card.

  21.     handled by Associates National Bank (Delaware)
  22.     prime rate UNTIL APRIL 30
  23.         It may be that the prime rate deal is for x months
  24.         after signup, but for me it's until April 30.
  25.     no annual fee
  26.     They did have free check writing until Dec. 31, 1992, but
  27.         again, that may have just been relative to when I
  28.         signed up.
