- tickets, they are on his record, and the insurance co. will find them.

- They could void the insurance and not pay the claim. He could probably
- sue to force them to pay it. Read the fine print above the signature
- line on the application. It constitutes a legally binding contract in
- which you testify that to the best of your knowledge, all information
- on the form is true and accurate. Lying, then signing, is illegal.
