  12. I have heard but not seen that you can use a faxmodem in a similar manner as
  13. a scanner.  I am going to buy a modem soon, and wondered if a faxmodem is 
  14. worthy of the extra $$$.

  16. Has anyone actually used a faxmodem in this manner.  Is the quality of the
  17. scanned image useable?  Please, everyone give me your $0.02.  Thanks.
