  31. Gail did not get stonewalled, sidetracked, ignored nor bitbucketed.   (Or if
  32. she did, it was not permanent.)  I've just recently authorized DEC Fortran
  33. updates and change notices to appear on such a service which I have every
  34. reason to believe is "coming soon".  I'm sure Gail will make an announcement
  35. when the time comes; I have no further details.
