  11.     Last Spring, when OS/2 2.0 was released, IBM made two grave mistakes;
  12. The general public couldn't get a hold of OS/2 2.0 through stores for weeks
  13. after the official release date, and IBM did NOT include proper documentation
  14. with the product.
  15.     When OS/2 2.1 is released this Spring, I hope the general public will
  16. be able to go to their local software store and buy it, and I hope that when
  17. these buyers open their OS/2 2.1 box, they will find, along with the disks or
  18. CD, a single comprehensive document/user's guide for what they purchased.
