- This problem of windows coming to the forground when you drag an icon is part
- of a larger problem or WPS Option prefably. A window should be able to take
- the focus without coming to the foreground. The window focus should be
- able to be different from the foreground window. I think this would be a
- wonderful option for the workplace shell, and it would fix this problem of
- draging icons around.
