  13. It's sort of a quiet relationship. Local chapters can get *one* free set of
  14. mailing labels for ACM members in their zip code range per year -- other than
  15. that, they're on their own. Often, we try and recruit new members, but many
  16. don't response -- and many that do belong don't come to meetings.

  18. If you are interested in other local ACM members, contact HQ and find out if
  19. there is a chapter in your area. Contact a chapter officer. Go to a meeting.
  20. Be active. Make the chapter what *you* want it to be!
