- As an ACM member for over two years now, it wasn't until a month
- or so ago that I found a New York City ACM meeting (oddly enough,
- through an advertisement in the NY Times Classified section!).

- Maybe I'm just naive (;->) but I kinda assumed that if such a
- group existed, they'd have sent me a notice, considering that
- the international group obviously has me listed as a New Yawker.

- Don't the local and central groups share mailing lists? Gee whiz!

- (BTW, I still haven't been sent a renewal form, if such a thing
- exists, by the NYC group. Guess I'd better call them.)
