  36. I had many problems with my BOCA internal modem, only to find them all diss-
  37. appear when a new ground wire to my computer was installed.  Fax modems that 
  38. are 9600 and higher need a good earth ground to operate.  (I believe this has 
  39. something to do with echo-cancellation).
