  34. Bingo, Clif.  If you get a label mixed in with the selected prompts,
  35. then several options do vanish from the Options list.

  37. Strangely, the guy who wrote that section in the manual came to me
  38. today with exactly the same problem.  He's now rewriting that
  39. paragraph to be less unclear.

  41. (I designed and coded that whole Options popup feature myself, so
  42. blame me for any part of it that doesn't make sense!)
