  12. How does one find out what has recently been declassified by the
  13. military?  Is there a list of documents published by the government?
  14. Do you have to ask for the documents throught the Freedom of Information
  15. Act (FOIA)?

  17. Also, does asking for info through the FoIA tend to draw attention to
  18. yourself?  I ask because I have an idea that would involve requesting
  19. large amounts of info but I don't want to become the subject of an
  20. investigation because of it.  I've heard you have to request specific
  21. documents.  How do you find out the titles of documents of interest?
