  19. removes the veil from their eyes--*until* HaShem calls them and draws
  20. them to Himself--*until* HaShem takes away their heart of stone and
  21. gives them a heart of flesh--*until* HaShem circumcizes their heart--
  22. *until* HaShem breathes spiritual life into those who are spiritually
  23. dead.  After HaShem does this, *then* they see and repent and believe.
