  16.   I'm a new IRC2 user. I built the code, installed it, and issued
  17. "irc2 -f". Then I joined a channel using "/join #whatever". At that
  18. point I can watch a conversation, but if I try to enter any words of
  19. wisdom, it tells me "You have not joined a channel!".

  21.   Well, how do I join a channel so that I can write to it?
