- I have used this technique too.

- There is a certain volume level that works best. For me, I know it
- exactly and I think the tolerance is rather low.

- About the kind of music, I disagree. This seems to be a very
- individual question. In the past I have used such things as Bach's
- fugues, but also Beethoven symphonies and avant-garde disco sounds
- which absolutely do not fit your description. Jazz, 40s to 60s style,
- is also very good for me.

- For me too. The most astonishing fact for me has always been that 15
- minutes of sleep during the day can give you as much rest as 5 hours,
- if applied well, and music can very much help in that.
