- Many women the world over deliver in a squatting position, and in fact, many
- U.S. hospitals will provide a "squat bar" for her to hold on to at the foot
- of the delivery bed for this purpose. The woman need not be on all fours
- for someone to rub her back!

- I couldn't imagine it myself, but there is alot to be said for the squat
- position over the "flat on back" position.
