  25. Indeed. Well, I don't think clinging to pre-RvW paternity child support
  26. statutes, just because they happen to give women an illusory* power advantage,
  27. is very "progressive" either. So, be careful about whining "it's just biology"
  28. or "state of nature" when these progressive paternity child support reforms 
  29. are proposed -- we may just take that as an offer to start child support over 
  30. again at Ground Zero.
