  31. Perhaps.  But probably *not* by the number of abortions that are currently
  32. being performed.  So I, too, would bet that the number of unwanted
  33. pregnancies carried to term would increase.

  35. Also, note that a number of people have trouble scraping up the money
  36. to get the abortion; there's no way that these people would be able to
  37. travel outside the country to get an abortion.

  50. This is addressing wrongful identication, which seems to have nothing
  51. to do with the number of men required to pay child support.  (The wrong
  52. man won't be, but the right one will; the net stays the same.)
