  33. Wouldn't have mattered--after all, the second half of my answer was 
  34. about people who _want_ a serious relationship but are repulsed by
  35. the characteristics and situations that would add up to such a 
  36. possibility.  A few days ago I even posted a message about friends
  37. of mine who currently or in the past have wanted a serious relationship
  38. but would only consider those who were unable or unwilling to participate
  39. in such a relationship with them--and when these people who did want
  40. serious relationships were faced with people appropriate for this
  41. purpose, they did flee.
