  26. to compose a complete, intelligible, grammatically correct
  27. sentence for the first time in his life.  We'll work on
  28. getting him to understand religion, tolerance, and other 
  29. abstract concepts, eventually, but for now let's just
  30. concentrate on getting his reading, writing, and math
  31. skills up to high-school level.
