  20. Having gay marriages legal would make the job nice and clean.  But 
  21. until that happens, what else?  Some more progressive companies 
  22. have managed to find ways to word policies that are more equitable, 
  23. others havent taken the time, or found a way.  If a way was *given* 
  24. to them, they might try it.

  29. that I can sit here and agree that companies should find ways for 
  30. covering SO's, and I *still* get flak for it.
