  12. FLYWHEELS have been used for ages on British double decker bus, I 
  13. believe, and they have the added advantag of providing stability on 
  14. corners.  GYRO/GENERATOR/FLYWHEEL ... but for cars it would take up a lot 
  15. of space and not be too practical, as well as causing rotational problems 
  16. when changing speeds due to the short wheelbase.
