  12.         Unless the batteries were on their last legs when you purchased
  13.         the phone (it happens, rarely), there is no reason your phone
  14.         shoud have to be on the charger that much.  A few hours
  15.         overnight should handle all but the heaviest usage.

  17.         The rechargable pack inside COULD be replaced with regular batts
  18.         but that would indeed be a pain. It would most likely involve
  19.         some pretty clever modification to adapt regular battey clips to
  20.         fit in a space specifically designed for the battery packs which
  21.         are made-up of several batteries with spot-welded
  22.         interconnections.
