- Unless the batteries were on their last legs when you purchased
- the phone (it happens, rarely), there is no reason your phone
- shoud have to be on the charger that much. A few hours
- overnight should handle all but the heaviest usage.

- The rechargable pack inside COULD be replaced with regular batts
- but that would indeed be a pain. It would most likely involve
- some pretty clever modification to adapt regular battey clips to
- fit in a space specifically designed for the battery packs which
- are made-up of several batteries with spot-welded
- interconnections.
