  13. Seems I recently heard (may have been here) of a device for
  14. cleaning video tapes themselves (rather than the tape heads),
  15. which would be great to use on rentals.

  17. Anyone know if such a device exists?  Does it harm the tape
  18. in any way?  And of course, is it effective?
