  30. the best price i see for montreal to munich on northwest RIGHT NOW
  31. (remember: these things change from day to day) is 732.17 without
  32. taxes.  this fare requires an advance purchase (two weeks before
  33. departure) ... a non-refundable deposit of CAD125 will hold your
  34. reservation until two weeks before departure (what a nice touch!)
  35. on this fare, changes on the return part of the trip require seven
  36. days advance notice, is subject to availability, and will cost you a
  37. penalty of CAD150. ... and, for this fare basis, there were no seats
  38. available on 15 jan (nor are there likely to be: there are no
  39. apparent convenient connections from montreal to any of northwest's
  40. international gateways which permit for easy connections).

  45. you have to be able to make plans and stick with them.

  55. find a local travel agent and use his/her services.  the airlines
  56. aren't interested in dickering with you over the phone to identify all
  57. your options (and, of course, you have to call all the airlines if
  58. you're going to shop the market).  the travel agent can identify good
  59. and bad strategies from the start.

  61. for cheaper fares, you might want to check out nouvelle frontieres
  62. (sp?) ... they have a store front on rue st. denis in montreal.
