  13. I am contemplating a major purchase of u/w photo equipment
  14. (Nikonos) and have beel looking at sources.  Does anyone
  15. on the net have experience buying from FOTO CELL Inc. in
  16. New York?  It is mainly mailorder and the prices are very
  17. good.  I can get everything for a system locally, but at
  18. about $100 more per item.  Any info on dealing with FOTO
  19. CELL would be most appreciated.
