- Happy New Year!
-
- I had my knee scoped two weeks ago and am getting excited about the prospect
- of running again. My surgeon thinks orthotics would be a good idea and I
- agree. I've gone 16 years without them but my body isn't as young and healthy
- as it used to be.
-
- My question: Do orthotics fit in all shoes? I pronate and tend to wear anti-
- pronation shoes (Avia 2050's). I don't know if the orthotics have anything
- to do with the type of shoes that you wear or if they compensate for the
- pronation and make "special" shoes unnecessary.
-
- Thanks in advance for your advice. Ramble on, Rich
