- Greetings good gentles,
-
- William de Corbie has recently advocated _longer_ reigns for
- crowned heads, up to as long as three years.
-
- One interesting way to try something in that direction would
- be to retain two reigns per year but increase the asymmetry
- of the lengths of the reigns. Here in AEthelmearc, for
- example, the War Prince has a shorter time on the throne
- than the Winter Prince. It would be interesting to see
- if having a _very short_ reign for "fighting season" plus a
- much longer one for "court season" might be feasible.
-
- Take care, good gentles -- Bertram
