  13. I greatly enjoyed Yaakov's "Rialto Geek" quiz...  I certainly qualify
  14. as one even though I've only been around for a little over two years.
  15. BECAUSE I've only been around on the net for a relatively short time
  16. I'd really appreciate it if some of the old timers would share some
  17. of the _history_ of the Rialto with the rest of us, things like:
  18.  
  19.   o When the SCA newsgroup first started
  20.  
  21.   o What it was originally called
  22.  
  23.   o How many original participants were there (and who?)
  24.  
  25.   o The time-frame of the name debate (ditto the 'bit of net' "badge")
  26.  
  27.   o Any "famous" folk who used to be Rialtans but are not now
  28.  
  29. You get the idea...  Enlighten those of us who weren't around from the
  30. very beginning about how things got started.
