  12. Just got mine back from the smith, I wanted it checked
  13. out as to safety. It has not been fired in over 40 years
  14. and had a cracked stock by the pistol grip area. Well I
  15. acquired and fitted a "new" military stock and leather
  16. sling. The only thing missing is a "hood" for the front
  17. sight and a bayonet. If anyone has one laying around
  18. from a sporterizing job that they dont need anymore would
  19. you drop me a line (either the hood or the bayonet).

  22. Also anyone have any pet loads for the 8mm, after going
  23. through the "Speer" reloading manual I have some nice
  24. alternatives and only need to fire the 2 boxes of factory
  25. ammo. I also acquired for xmas the Hornady twin die set,
  26. these are the first Hornady tools I have yet used, all
  27. my other stuff is RCBS and I like the way the Hornady die
  28. locking ring locks by tightening the collar instead of
  29. dinging up the threads the way the RCBS dies do. Is, in
  30. the nets opinion, Hornady "Good Stuff" or not :-) in com-
  31. parison with RCBS.
