- I would like to gather the net wisdom on the subject of
- Thompson-Contender carbines. I understand that the pistols
- are nicely accurate and that the carbine is basically the
- pistol with a stock. Despite the fact that I have
- heard/read many good things about the pistol the lack
- of carbine (and TCR87 rifle for that matter) info makes
- me wonder. I am thinking hard about getting one as a
- learning gun for my daughters (.22 youth stock) and as a single shot
- (30-30 rynite adult stock) deer rifle for myself. Any info
- would be appreciated.
