  12. I would like to gather the net wisdom on the subject of 
  13. Thompson-Contender carbines.  I understand that the pistols
  14. are nicely accurate and that the carbine is basically the 
  15. pistol with a stock.  Despite the fact that I have 
  16. heard/read many good things about the pistol the lack
  17. of carbine (and TCR87 rifle for that matter) info makes
  18. me wonder.  I am thinking hard about getting one as a 
  19. learning gun for my daughters (.22 youth stock) and as a single shot 
  20. (30-30 rynite adult stock) deer rifle for myself.  Any info
  21. would be appreciated.
