  11.    I hope I am not asking a redundant question....
  12.    I need a 256 color paint program that does the following: some tool
  13. that melts colors together so that I get a shaded effect; the
  14. left mouse button to be the drawer, while the right mouse button picks
  15. up colors (from anywhere!); a way to save the picture and palette as 
  16. simple linear numbers in a binary file, a good random spray painter, a 
  17. good magifying tool (that allows all other tools to be used in that
  18. magnified area eg sprayer, circles, lines etc), flips, resizing (shrinks
  19. and expands pics), rotatations, etc.
  20.    Well, this is my wish-list, and it would be great to find an
  21. inexpensize commercial, shareware, or freeware program to fit the bill.
  22. Actually, I'll take a combination of programs to get the desired effects.
