- Hi. I've noticed that I can get my pulse up into the 140-160 range a whole
- lot easier (well, my legs don't feel as tired) when I get my mountain bike
- out on a good trail, as opposed to riding the mountain bike or my road bike
- on asphalt. Does anyone else out there experience this?
