  13. As someone who loves to adventure into the wilderness, I have
  14. no problem (and I do not believe anybody should have problems)
  15. with people driving in on EXISTING roadways.  I can fully
  16. understand that some people do not or cannot hike in.  The problem
  17. that I have is with people who take their MANLY four-wheel
  18. drive and tear through the wilderness without regard for
  19. others using it.
