- Your comptuer can be used to send harassing messages for example. A nasty
- violent person could create financial ruin if they tapped into the right
- computers. (See the movie "Sneakers" for some idea of this. While
- it had a few errors, it was interesting. And no, I can't say anything
- else about the earthquake in Manaugua.)

- As for using a GPS in Tienanmen Square, I highly doubt it.
- The "government" KNEW where the square ws, they simply had to start shooting.
- Keep in mind, a GPS can tell the you wher YOU are, not where someone else
- is. It's a receiver, not a transceiver or transmitter. (Though those
- functions CAN be built in.)
