  32. 1. The AR Powered partners and Bose Roommates are excellent powered 
  33.    speakers. A friend got the former for $150 ($200 Canadian) on sale.

  35. 2. I'm sure you could find a used amp or receiver in good condition
  36.    fairly cheap. Many people are purchasing an A/V receiver with Pro-logic
  37.    and are getting rid of their perfectly good amp or receiver.

  39. 3. Buy an amp or receiver with a surround decoder or a pro-logic
  40.    decoder. If you haven't checked prices lately you will be
  41.    surprised at how cheap you can get a receiver with a surround
  42.    decoder for.
