- Someone replied (David H. I think...) that the Eq switch only affects
- playback. This may be so on the majority of decks but my Nakamichi CR-3A
- gives you the option of recording normal, chrome or metal tapes at either
- 70us OR 120us (I rushed home to check my manual :) Recording a chrome or
- metal tape at 120us will add noise but will improve the higher frequency
- response. Not sure what recording a normal tape at 70us will do...
