- I have had ultrasounds in both pregnancies. The first was at 37 weeks, to
- try and estimate his size. For the second pregnancy I had it with the
- amniocentesis. My doctor is not big on ultrasounds without a reason.

- Just to back up what Cindy said, and to point out something that Teresa may not
- have thought of - Ultrasounds are *much* stronger then they were 10 years ago.
- Also, while I am pretty sure there has been no connection between Ultrasounds
- and later problems, the generation of children that have been subjected to
- ultrasound have not yet grown up to have children of their own, so there is no
- real way of determining if ultrasound could be damaging to the reproductive
- system.
