  23. I feel very sorry for anyone who had to put up with such behavior
  24. during what should be a joyous time in one's life.  My husband
  25. accompanied me to all the prenatal visits, and my obstetrician (a
  26. man) included him fully in all discussions.  I even brought my
  27. teenaged nephew in one time with us so he could hear the baby's
  28. heartbeat, and the doctor was very careful to ask Ben if he had any
  29. questions about my pregnancy!
