  26.  neighborhood), the hypo and other EMS equipment was the property of
  27.  NAVAC... Remember also that one of the 8 was the Vice President of the
  28.  company...  The camera was simply the recorder... the props which gave
  29.  the video authenticity belong to NAVAC.

  48.  As a point of clarification, one of the members wrote a letter to the
  49.  editor shortly after the article appeared... He indicated that the rig
  50.  was "out of service" prior to their use.  Also the NAVAC constitution,
  51.  he said, does not prohibit members from making money from their
  52.  association with NAVAC but rather enjoins them from personal gains in
  53.  the =performance= of their duties.  Since the video was not their
  54. duty,
  55.  per se, they were (are) not prohibited from accepting the prize money.
