- This is exactly what my wife and I did today. My bank had the audacity to
- change their rules by starting to charge for ATM withdrawels and/or transfers
- (but not deposits - how nice) from machines located at the branches. I
- called as soon as I got the notice, and the branch manager was nice about
- it, but said that it was a corporate decision...he'd relay my complaint.
- So, I told him that we'd be closing our accounts before the end of the
- year.
