  19. This is exactly what my wife and I did today.  My bank had the audacity to
  20. change their rules by starting to charge for ATM withdrawels and/or transfers 
  21. (but not deposits - how nice) from machines located at the branches.  I
  22. called as soon as I got the notice, and the branch manager was nice about
  23. it, but said that it was a corporate decision...he'd relay my complaint.
  24. So, I told him that we'd be closing our accounts before the end of the
  25. year.
