- In the NOVA special they discussed the task of 'bill reconstruction'.
- In cases where the money has been damaged through fire (or malice) you do not
- need a certain percentage of the bill. They just pick some unique portion of
- the bill (left lower corner, protrait) in order to determine how many of them
- there were originally. Looks like a fun job for people who like jigsaw puzzles.
