  23.    In the NOVA special they discussed the task of 'bill reconstruction'. 
  24. In cases where the money has been damaged through fire (or malice) you do not
  25. need a certain percentage of the bill. They just pick some unique portion of 
  26. the bill (left lower corner, protrait) in order to determine how many of them 
  27. there were originally. Looks like a fun job for people who like jigsaw puzzles.
