  24. Of course, that's the way it always used to work before December 1991 when
  25. they changed to the current system (which they couldn't have done back in
  26. the days when the phone company was still regulated).  So, in typical
  27. Michigan Bell style, they're going back to the old way of doing things and
  28. making it sound like we're getting something new.

  30. Actually, I'm not sure this is true.  I do know that in December they
  31. changed from giving a simple total of all calls made to listing the counts
  32. separately for each line.  But I never made more than the minimum number of
  33. calls on each line before then, so I don't know how it would have been
  34. billed.  I would appreciate hearing from someone who knows.
