- I still disagree. There will be redistribution of existing freeway
- traffic, but it will not have a substantial impact on traffic
- congestion on the 605, the 210, the 5, the 2, or the 10. The 710
- will have a hard enough time dealing with the current surface street
- traffic and the expected on-slaught of commercial truck traffic that
- will use the 710 and 210 as a primary route between the harbor and
- the Central Valley.
