  13. Is there a FAQ for GNU? Because I've got a few questions about

  16. I'm looking at finally getting a new machine soon. Thus far I've
  17. been considering solely some kind of PC-- 386 or 486-- and
  18. running DOS on it. Is there some PC-class machine that'll run
  19. GNU without a helluva lotta tinkering?

  21. What machines costing under $2000, if any, can I do GNU on?

  23. Anything other info helpful to a beginner would be
