- Is there such a thing as an ideal filesystem size? I assume you want
- to keep it reasonably small so as to reduce track-to-track seek time
- (though the FFS tries to keep things contiguous). But then sometimes,
- as with a partition for /usr/spool/news, you have to make it large.

- So with a 1.2 gig disk, would one, say, do something like:

- /usr/spool 600MB
- /usr2 150MB
- /usr3 150MB
- /usr4 150MB
- /usr5 150MB ?

- Or is it better to have fewer and larger or more and smaller partitions?
