  12. Is anyone familiar with the OAK OTI-077 chip found
  13. on OAK video cards? Are they ONLY for 486s? And if
  14. so, will they damage monitors running on 386s?

  16. If this is not the case, what could be the cause
  17. of flashing on the screen, like MAJOR flickering
  18. and a yellowing of whites? Anyone?
