- Hello,
-
- I have a problem with X working after getting Xconfig setup. I think
- my Xconfig file is setup right because after typing startx, it eventually
- gets to a blue background. The display looks semi-normal so far. Then,
- I think it tries to put up an xterm or xclock or something, becuase I get
- these red bars with white borders around them. I can only assume that
- this is twm's work. Now it stops as if it were all loaded and ready to
- go, but I have no xterm and must exit via alt-ctrl-backspace.
-
- I had enough of messing around with the color, and just wanted to see
- if I could get mono X working, and I got a could not find screen, or no
- screen available error, or something like that. What's up?
-
- Any ideas? I'm clueless. Oh, yeah. The mouse doesn't work either. Thanx
- in advance for any help.
-
- Dave
