  11.         I was reading this forum for months before choosing the PPI 14400FXSA
  12. and I've think I made a great choice, and I have not had any problems what so
  13. ever. I've had the modem for a while now and its used at least three hours
  14. per day and no problems have been encountered yet. I did get the rom upgrade,
  15. 'just in case', and the service was FANTASTIC, I called the service dept and
  16. 2 days later I had my new rom installed.  It is quite rare to see a complaint
  17. for the 14400FXSA, and I would imagine that the problem is not the modem but
  18. somewhere else in the users system.
