  21. Well, despite all the negative feedback you have received so far, I like 
  22. the zoom modems. We have two at work, one internal, and one external. I 
  23. have had no problems connecting at 14.4 with my WorldBlazer. Nor, as far 
  24. as I know, have any of our customers. There has been some problems at 
  25. 9600 bps, with some modems, tho... And to get proper high speed fax 
  26. connections, you need to run a complicated setup procedure, which tests 
  27. and stores some line quality statistics. It is suposedly documented, but 
  28. I couldn't find it. The Tech-Support people gave me the command, and then 
  29. everything worked fine.
